Detroit Dragway’s Trademarks
Over the last few years I have been asked about DD’s trademarks.
Detroit Dragway® holds four federally registered trademarks
Trademark 1: Clothing, The use of the name Detroit Dragway on clothing which includes hats.
Trademark 2: Includes many things like decals -photos -posters -advertising -calendars -and much more.
Trademark 3: Drinkware Things like mugs -drinking glasses & more
Trademark 4: Education and entertainment services, websites or other (Detroit Dragway)featuring entertainment information and news about dragways, automobiles, hot rods, car clubs, racing and related topics and events.
The exception: A legal agreement between Milan Dragway’s Owners, (PreviousOwners) and myself gave Milan the use of the name {Detroit Dragway Reunion) for use of that event. They can not use just the Name or allow others use the name Detroit Dragway. Likewise I can not use the reunion name. This was to avoid a confusion of use.
